Justin Hannemann

Associate Consultant

Justin is a customer growth and product innovation leader with over 18 years of experience transforming marketing, product, and proposition strategies across financial services, fintech, and consumer businesses. He advises companies from startups to private equity to make strategic decisions on marketing investments and go-to-market strategies. As Customer and Innovation Officer at Experian, he radically transformed their approach to new proposition development, driving 15-25% increases in engagement and revenue through innovative segmentation and AI-powered design workflows. Before Experian, as Senior Marketing Director at Equifax, he rebuilt the marketing function from the ground up, growing their prospect database and revenue pipeline. Previously he has a record of delivering customer-driven growth across diverse sectors, from scaling Asto (a fintech startup for small business payments) at Santander, American Express where he launched over 20 payment and lending products, to leadership roles at Worldpay, Skrill, and Paysafe. Justin holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW) and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Finance from the University of New England. He serves as a Non-Executive Director at CommerceGate and maintains advisory roles with several organizations including Little Grey Cells and the Migrant Leaders Association.

Rwebugisa Mutahaba

Associate Consultant

Rwebu is a strategic fintech executive and development finance expert with over 16 years of experience across banking, digital finance, and telecommunications in Africa. Rwebu held senior leadership roles at CARE International, JUMO, Airtel, and Tigo, where he championed inclusive digital financial products and regulatory compliance initiatives. He serves on multiple fintech advisory boards across Africa, including JUMO, Kuda, Smile Identity, and Power Financial Wellness. He is the Co-founder and Director of Tausi Technologies Africa Ltd, a pioneering fintech providing embedded and open credit-scoring solutions to banks, MFIs, and digital lenders. He is also the Founder of Afro Pavo Analytics, a boutique advisory firm supporting fintechs and financial institutions with regulatory strategy, product innovation, and market entry. He holds an MBA from Cardiff University and a BA in Economic History from the London School of Economics

Mark Holleman

Associate Consultant

Mark is a fintech entrepreneur and product leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling innovative solutions across payments, credit, and financial services. He is the Co-founder and former Chief Product Officer of Sprinque, a B2B payments and embedded lending platform based in Amsterdam. Before founding Sprinque, Mark led the Amazon account at Riverty, where he helped drive growth in one of Europe’s most complex e-commerce environments. Mark has a strong track record of designing and delivering digital payment and lending experiences for both consumers and businesses. He now works with financial institutions, fintechs, and platforms in a consulting and advisory capacity, with recent clients including ABN Amro, Nivoda, Pomelo Group, Mipango and iwoca. Mark holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics, and a BSc in Economics from University College London.

Jayadeep Nair

Founder and Managing Partner

Jayadeep is a fintech leader and growth strategist with over 25 years of global experience across digital financial services, payments, credit, and data. Prior to founding Ravencloud, Jay has held board and executive roles at leading organisations such as Amazon, Equifax, Worldpay, and American Express, leading growth and transformation. He specialises in the areas of fintech strategy, digital innovation, and inclusive finance. Most recently, he was Group COO and Tanzania CEO at Y9, a fintech microfinance venture focused on embedded credit for underserved markets. He has a proven track record of building scalable digital products, shaping open finance ecosystems, and unlocking credit access in high-growth markets. He now works with DFIs, fintechs, investors, and financial institutions to design inclusive credit infrastructure, develop growth strategies, and drive innovation across Africa, the UK, and beyond. Jay holds a Masters in Business Economics, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Delhi, India. He also holds an AI Applications for Growth qualification from Northwestern Kellog School of Management. He is based in London.
